According to this act

• The send and received e-mails information of the UK has to be noted down by the Internet Service Providers. The database is accessed by police and counsel who are around of 600 people.And accessing will be held only on the valid request.

• Though this step may avoid the Internet Criminal and terror issues, but creates many problems in the secrecy of the business transactions.

• The Human Right Group Liberty throws some critics over this law. According to this organisation, there are many chances to have a effect on the sensitive matters if verification of business e-mails is carried out.

• Exposed Secrecy:The virtuality of the public life is going to be exposed with this act. So people of UK are scared of it.

Apart from that referring three million mails every day also a big issue. Though referring these mails is tough job, but it is most useful tool for the investigation and intelligence gathering.

• Online Cash Payment:In Rajiv Arogyasri-II government of Andhra pradesh released online cash payment to the network hospitals in order to provide the cashless treatments to the poor public.

• Availability:These medical services are available in NIMS, Gandhi Hospital, Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad, Sri Venkateshwara Ramanarayan Ruya Hospital in Tirupathi, King George Hospital in vishakapatnam, Gandhi general hospital in Kurnool and Kakinada, Apart from corporate hospitals.

• ArogyaSri Cards:There are separate counters for the patients who are with the Rajiv Arogyasri cards. This provision is also available in corporate hospitals.

• Medical equipments: 100 dialysis systems, separate beds for the patients, hospital complexes, well equipped machines for surgeries, best doctors and many.

• Lots of patients are now with good health with all the medical services and surgeries of Rajiv Arogyasri.

Impact Of Mumbai Attack On South Asia

The three terrific days in Mumbai with 10terrorists in the south Mumbai and killed around 178members.The aim of the attack was nations disposal. An unexpected entry of these terrorists killed the people heartlessly and many were injured in this attack. This attack was continued for three days and the shut point was towards the foreigners of US and Uk. Terrorists belongs to the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist organization of Pakistan.

After the continuous attack for three days complete south Mumbai was free from terrorists,but 308 members were injured. Among all the ten terrorists only one was captured alive who specified their goals. But Pakistan was not ready to accept the terrorists as Pakistani’s. Then India provided the stuff of proofs and evidences to the Pakistan.

Action of India over terrorism:

• The most experienced persons had explained that terrorists were highly trained with the complete layout of building, which can be possible only under the commando training and under the persons who are familiar with the intelligence.

• The Indian government wants to solve this problem without stepping to war. But Pakistan is not accepting them as Pakistan citizens and not capturing the people who are responsible for this dreadful issue.

• Pakistan was not ready to accept the evidence of Ajmal Kasab, which says that he is Pakistani. It turned its blind eye and expecting more cleared proofs.

• After the evidence of Telephone conversation by top most Indian investigators and American’s involvement, it accepted Ajmal has its citizen and before this they arrested Mr.Shah of LeT.Now Al-Qaeda is warning India to face many such Mumbai blasts and attacks in the future if it steps to war with Pakistan.

A word which creates terror in the hearts of common man, the word which completely spoils the environment, word which is completely unfair to the involved countries is WAR. In order to achieve the goals and gain the demands of countries among the other, this war will takes place until any one gets destroyed or compromised. But it literally affects the countries in many aspects.

India is well known for traditions and customs. But in India we even see the customs and traditions like child marriages which are truly unfair to the children. There are acts are came in to the existence by the judicial of the country.
